Light Up 23 Winner Announced

Light Up 23 is Vista's annual Community Christmas Lights Competition. Vista residents were invited to dress their homes up in their best Christmas lights with the winner receiving a $300 Bunnings voucher!

This year the competition got even tougher. This years winning home goes to Rebecca!
